The location proved ideal, a quick five-minute stroll from the rialto stop from the airport.. our quadruple room offered ample space and daily cleaning. the staff showed a friendly attitude. They promptly answered all inquiries. i appreciated the inclusion of toiletries, such as travel-sized toothbrushes and toothpaste.
My only slight issue concerned the narrow stairs. There was no elevator, posing a challenge when carrying luggage.

The hotel's location is quite central. the staff carried our luggage up the stairs for us. That was helpful. they also recommended a nearby restaurant and booked a water taxi to the port for me. everything went smoothly.
There were many steps to climb. I wish there had been a lift.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful with many local recommendations. The hotel's location was fantastic and close to San Marco. Breakfast provided a really nice start to the morning, every day. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room .
The stairs were a bit narrow. There was no elevator. This could be difficult for some older people.

the hotel has a very convenient location near rialto water taxi. finding it was easy. st mark's square is also very close. lots of wonderful shopping is accessible around. staff were friendly and helpful with discounts for parking.
the hotel don't have elevators. hauling heavy bags upstairs were difficult.
