Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were charming and clean, offering a delightful view of the gondolas passing by on the canal. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The central location made it easy to explore all the key attractions of Venice. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of breakfast options, and the facilities were excellent.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although a bit small, were nice and had everything we needed. The constant cannoli smell added a unique touch to the room. The service was very helpful, even advising me on pharmacy locations and hours, and they were available to carry our cases up and down to our room. The location was amazing, allowing me to watch the village life outside the window and being near most attractions. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options at the breakfast buffet. The facilities were adequate for my stay.
The hotel was a good value for money, despite the rooms being small and slightly tired. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond, while the central location was very convenient. Dining options were simple but satisfactory, and the hotel had free wine and snacks. However, the rooms were more basic than advertised on the website, and being on the 4th floor with no elevator was inconvenient.
My stay at this hotel was overall quite pleasant. The room, although a bit small for two people, was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. I also appreciated the sense of security having a room safe. The only downside was being located on the 2nd floor, which meant climbing stairs to reach the reception.
The hotel had a cozy and nicely decorated room on the 2nd floor, though quite small for even one person. The staff made sure I felt comfortable during my stay and even helped with carrying our bags. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the San Marco district, with easy access to both St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The dining experience was varied but lacking some options, and the breakfast had room for improvement.
